For pros who love the theatre and for ambitious laymen who want to grow
with laughter!
On your own you will work on your personal presence in front
of the group. While working on the three points entrance, presentation and
exit the participants realize with the help of their mirror = environment
= group of other participants, who they are and what effect they have on
others. Helen and Henri Brugat will never tell people how they should be.
They always try to harmonize the inner picture of a person with the external
picture, the environment has got from him/her. By moving through the group
each person gets a feeling for the group, learns to notice things without
really watching and to act without assessing. Through noticing the handicaps
of other participants it is easier to laugh at one's own weakness and finally
to love and appreciate it. Laughter takes away fear, opens the heart and
allows us to meet our fellow human beings honestly, fearlessly and openly.
It gives us the possibility to get to know the creation of our own very personal
clown. The first part of the workshop concentrates on the person and his/her
appearance, the second part works on creating a person. In the third part
a story will be developed on stage using speech. Whatever happens, whatever
you show us it will not, be assessed, nobody is good or bad, nobody a loser,
nobody a star. Working with Helen and Henri Brugat you try to watch human
characteristics with a wink, you try to love them and to be able to laugh
at them. There a several ways to inner balance, Henri and Helen Brugat's
way is laughter.
